Disability and Gender Equality Schemes at the Trust

The Trust is in the process of developing a Disability Equality Scheme and Gender Equality Scheme but has taken the view that it would be more beneficial to embrace a more rounded Single Equality Scheme (SES) which encompasses race, disability, gender, religion, sexual orientation, trans-gender status, age and human rights. The first draft of the Single Equality Scheme will be placed on the Trust Internet and Intranet very soon and we welcome any comments on the content of the Scheme.
